I avoided baking for many years.  Too much precision; one small error could completely ruin a finished product.  I preferred cooking because of the freedom to improvise.  On a whim I decided to try pound cake....and it wasn't awful!  Some recipe edits followed until I had a cake I was pretty happy with.  Over time I found the trial and error to be valuable.  Baking is a science; you only advance through experimentation.  As it turns out, you can improvise.  Some less-than-stellar desserts have led the way to some delicious ones.  Now baking is a passion of mine and every Diva Treat is made with love.  Hope you enjoy!
